"2024 original post: Have been with Doug Valentine since my first car many years ago. Sue right inside the door has always been the person I talk to for most everything. Amazing customer service and knowledgeable! 2025 update: I learned today Sue had retired which is a real loss! But, the office continues to be staffed with great people to work with. Met with Mitch King who made time for me after walking in without an appointment which turned into a lengthy conversation reviewing all of our policies. Helped me understand why the rates were changing and helped save some money on parts of our insurance. Still 5 Star customer service and the value of having someone in person to talk with. Still recommend building relationships and working with people over computer systems."
